Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to I-HOTEL Furniture. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and all business transactions, including custom furniture manufacturing, FF&E procurement, and technical consulting services. By submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please note that we operate exclusively as a B2B manufacturer and supplier; we do not offer retail sales, user accounts, or membership subscriptions.

1. Custom Manufacturing & Approval Process

All products are manufactured based on client-specific requirements. The production process follows strict validation stages:

• • Shop Drawings: Production begins ONLY after written approval of technical drawings. Unapproved designs will not be manufactured.
• • Mock-up Validation: For large projects, physical mock-up rooms may be required for final sign-off before bulk production.
• • Design Changes: Any modifications requested AFTER shop drawing approval or production start may incur additional costs and extend lead times.

2. Orders, Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced without mutual agreement.

• • Cancellations before production start may be subject to a restocking/administrative fee.
• • Cancellations during/after production require written negotiation; refunds are calculated based on completed work and material costs.
• • Defective items due to manufacturing errors will be repaired or replaced at our expense. Damage caused by improper installation or misuse is not covered.

3. Pricing, Payments & Incoterms

Prices are quoted in USD/EUR unless otherwise stated and are valid for 30 days. Payment terms (e.g., 50% deposit, 50% before shipment) are specified in each proforma invoice.

Delivery terms follow international Incoterms® 2020 rules (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP). Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees at the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP is explicitly agreed upon.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, shop drawings, 3D renders, and product images on this website are the exclusive property of I-HOTEL Furniture. Clients retain rights to their own project-specific designs created under contract, but may not resell or redistribute our proprietary manufacturing templates. Unauthorized reproduction of website content is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

I-HOTEL Furniture strives for perfection but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., project delays, lost profits) arising from force majeure events, shipping disruptions, or third-party installer errors. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific order in dispute.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from contracts or website use shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bursa/Turkey (factory location).
