From Approved Drawings to a Finished 117-Room Hospitality Project
Hotel Royal Eagle is a major hospitality property in Najaf, Iraq, with 117 rooms and suites. I-HOTEL Furniture completed the project furniture program in 2018, manufacturing the specified furniture in İnegöl, Bursa for the hotel's guest rooms, suites and key public areas.
The furniture design intent and technical drawings were supplied by the client/project side. I-HOTEL's role was to translate those approved drawings into production-ready furniture, coordinate materials and construction details, manufacture the furniture, carry out quality control and prepare the finished package for international delivery.
Turkish walnut veneer over MDF became one of the defining material directions of the project, supported by carved decorative details, upholstered seating and public-area furniture that matched the more formal interior character of the hotel.

The Royal Eagle property comprises 117 rooms and suites. The I-HOTEL project combined room furniture with suite furniture, reception and lobby elements, upholstered seating, restaurant and cafe furniture, mattresses and related hospitality supply categories within one coordinated project scope.

The Design Came from the Project. The Manufacturing Was Executed by I-HOTEL.
Royal Eagle was not a ready-stock furniture package and it was not presented as an I-HOTEL-originated interior design. The client supplied the project drawings and design direction; I-HOTEL converted that approved documentation into project-specific furniture production in Turkey.
Dimensions, material applications, construction methods and joinery details were reviewed for manufacture.
Project furniture was produced in İnegöl, Bursa using the approved specification and Turkish walnut veneer direction.
Finished items were checked, protected and prepared as an international hospitality project package.
Material Character
Turkish Walnut Veneer for a More Formal Hotel Interior
Turkish walnut veneer over MDF was used across the project furniture to create a warm timber expression suited to the hotel's more traditional and decorative interior language.
The veneer direction was applied across guest-room casegoods and complementary furniture elements, while carved details, upholstered pieces and reception millwork reinforced the project's richer hospitality character.
Because the furniture was manufactured to the client's approved drawings, proportions and construction details followed the project documentation rather than a standard catalogue collection.

The room package combined custom casegoods, beds and headboard elements, lounge armchairs and supporting furniture. The photographs below document the completed hotel environment and the material relationship between walnut-toned casegoods and upholstered seating.

Royal Eagle's public areas use a richer visual language than the guest rooms, with deep red and charcoal upholstery, decorative wall treatments and lounge furniture supporting the reception and social spaces of the hotel.
