A 13-unit self-catering apartment furniture project manufactured by I-HOTEL Furniture in İnegöl, Bursa according to technical drawings supplied by the client/project side. The approved drawings formed the production basis for the MDF-Lam room furniture, custom headboards, bed bases, wardrobes, bedside tables, TV units, coffee tables, chairs, armchairs and dining furniture supplied for the historic Valletta property.

Furniture Built for Independent Living in a Compact Hospitality Setting
Ursula Suites is a self-catering accommodation project in Valletta, Malta. The client/project side supplied the technical drawings and approved furniture documentation; I-HOTEL Furniture used those drawings as the production basis and completed the made-to-order apartment furniture package in 2020 at its manufacturing base in İnegöl, Bursa, Turkey.
Rather than originating the interior design, I-HOTEL translated the supplied project drawings into manufacturable furniture. Dimensions, furniture combinations and construction details followed the approved documentation while MDF-Lam surfaces and commercial upholstery were executed for practical hospitality use.

More Than a Bedroom: Furniture for a Self-Catering Stay
The client-supplied drawings established the apartment furniture layouts and relationships between sleeping, storage, seating and dining elements. I-HOTEL manufactured those approved furniture requirements as one coordinated hospitality package rather than adapting ready-stock products.

Ursula Suites occupies a historic Valletta building that was transformed into apartments and studios while retaining elements of its Maltese character. The property sits around the St Ursula and St Nicholas Street area, close to Fort St Elmo and the Mediterranean Conference Centre.
I-HOTEL Furniture’s role was the furniture package: manufacturing the specified apartment furniture and seating in Turkey according to the technical drawings and approved project documentation supplied by the client/project side.
