Project Overview
A Coordinated Furniture Program for a Dubai High-Rise Property
For Royal Regency Holiday Homes in Dubai, I-HOTEL Furniture developed and supplied a coordinated furniture and FF&E package for 255 serviced apartments.
The project covered 1+1 and 2+1 apartment layouts and included MDF-Lam casegoods, beds and headboards, TV units, desks, coffee tables, dining furniture, sectional sofas, armchairs and furniture for reception and lounge areas.
Curtains, carpets and selected complementary hospitality items were coordinated with the furniture scope to create a consistent interior language across accommodation and public areas.
Furniture production, quality control and export preparation were managed from I-HOTEL Furniture's manufacturing base in İnegöl, Bursa, Turkey before delivery to Dubai.
