Project Overview

From Technical Drawings to a Finished Black Sea Resort

Magnika Resort is a 4-star resort project in Shekvetili, on Georgia's Black Sea coast, where contemporary hospitality interiors meet the natural character of the sea and surrounding pine landscape.

For this project, I-HOTEL Furniture manufactured the complete guest-room furniture package according to technical drawings supplied by the client. Dimensions, construction details, materials and finishes were developed specifically around the approved project documentation.

Natural American walnut veneer became a defining material across the guest-room furniture, adding warmth and natural grain to the resort interiors while maintaining consistency across the complete room package.

Following manufacturing and quality control in İnegöl, Bursa, the furniture was export-packed, transported to Georgia and installed on site by the I-HOTEL Furniture installation team.

Resort Rooms Manufactured & Installed

Magnika Resort's main hotel contains 42 rooms across 9 floors. I-HOTEL Furniture manufactured the complete guest-room furniture package according to the client's technical drawings and subsequently completed the furniture installation on site in Georgia.

Factory-to-Resort Execution

Their Drawings. Our Manufacturing. Our Installation.

The Magnika project began with technical furniture drawings supplied by the client. I-HOTEL translated those approved details into finished furniture, controlled production in Turkey, prepared the shipment for Georgia and completed the guest-room installation on site.

Material Character

Natural American Walnut Veneer

Natural American walnut veneer was used throughout the guest-room furniture package, giving the interiors a warm, refined timber character appropriate to the resort's Black Sea and pine-forest setting.

The natural variation and grain of American walnut were coordinated across the casegoods to create visual continuity between wardrobes, TV units, writing desks, bedside furniture and other room elements.

Rather than adapting standard stock furniture, the walnut surfaces were applied to furniture manufactured specifically to the client's approved technical drawings and room dimensions.

Complete Bedroom Furniture

A Project-Specific Package for Magnika Resort

The bedroom furniture was produced as a coordinated room package rather than selected from a ready-stock collection. Each item followed the client's technical documentation, dimensions, material selections and project requirements.

From Our Factory in Inegol to Finished Resort Rooms

I-HOTEL Furniture's responsibility for Magnika Resort continued beyond manufacturing and export. After shipment from Turkey, our team carried out the on-site installation of the complete guest-room furniture package.

This factory-to-site approach connected the client's original technical drawings with the final built result: project-specific furniture manufactured in İnegöl, transported to Georgia, assembled and positioned inside the completed resort rooms.

Beyond Furniture

Exterior Pergola Coordination & Installation

The Magnika Resort project also extended beyond the guest-room furniture package. I-HOTEL Furniture coordinated the resort's exterior pergola through trusted specialist partner companies within our established project network.

The pergola was therefore not presented as furniture manufactured inside the I-HOTEL factory. Instead, the specialist production requirement was coordinated with experienced partner manufacturers and integrated into the wider project execution.

Installation of the pergola was subsequently completed on site in Georgia as part of the I-HOTEL-coordinated project scope.

SPECIALIST PARTNER NETWORK A practical example of how I-HOTEL can coordinate complementary project elements outside its own furniture manufacturing scope when specialist production is required.
Project Capability

What the Magnika Resort Project Demonstrates

Magnika combines client-led technical design, natural veneer furniture production, international export, on-site room installation and specialist supplier coordination within one completed resort project.

01

Manufacturing from Client Drawings

Furniture was manufactured specifically to the technical drawings and project specifications supplied by the client, rather than selected from a standard ready-stock range.

02

Complete Guest-Room Installation

I-HOTEL remained involved after production and export, completing the installation of the guest-room furniture package on site at the resort in Georgia.

03

Specialist Partner Coordination

The exterior pergola demonstrates the ability to coordinate specialist partner manufacturers for complementary project requirements beyond I-HOTEL's own furniture production.
